Buzz & Woody

So, Austin has TWO brand new toys!!  After he started potty training, we agreed to a "potty party" at Chuck E. Cheese once he filled up his first sticker chart for peeing in the potty.  About 5 days after we started training him, his chart was full & we were planning a party -- that was right after Kaylee was born.

After he filled up that chart, we started a new chart for "number 2's".  We told him that once that was filled up, he could have another party at Chuck E. Cheese (he loves that place, so we figured that was the best incentive we could offer him!).  That was all well & good with him until we visited the Disney store in the mall one day & he spotted a 12" tall Buzz Lightyear action figure toy; he quickly told me that he wanted Buzz to go home with him.  (His new favorite movie is "Toy Story", so this was expected...)  I talked to Justin & we agreed that a Buzz Lightyear toy could be his reward once the second sticker chart was full.  Well...over a month later, the chart got filled up & I went on a search for Buzz.  Of course, the Disney store was sold out & the Disney outlet close to our house never seems to carry them.  Thanks to Leslie for searching around, we found ONE at one of the Target stores close to our house, so we went & picked up Buzz Lightyear that very night.  

Once we got home & got Buzz out of his box, Justin decided that Austin did so great potty training that he deserved both Buzz Lightyear AND Woody!  So, the next day...I was back at Target searching for Woody!!

So, our home is now the happy home of BOTH Buzz & Woody!!  Austin sleeps with them both every night, and they both even joined us on our camping trip this weekend.  He is so proud of them...and we're even more proud of Austin for doing so great potty training!  He hardly ever has accidents anymore & he's getting to be such a big boy!!
